GALTEMGAMES

About us

From Istanbul to the world, from players to players

Galtem Games is what happens when 'I wish a game like this existed' conversations turn into a company.

Our story

We were players first

Galtem Games was born when two players who had spent years in MMORPG worlds met over the same frustration: the games we loved either hit platform walls or faded under decisions that ignored their players. So we decided to build our own world, by our own rules.

Today, as an independent studio based in Istanbul, we're developing our flagship Triarch Online and offering publishing support to independent developers walking the same road. We believe Turkey's young, talented game development ecosystem can produce lasting work on the global stage.

We think long-term: not projects that launch fast and fade faster, but worlds built to live for years — and communities that call them home.

Mission & Vision

Our mission

Our mission

To build online worlds that ignore platform boundaries, listen to their players and live for years — and to open the door to the global stage for independent developers on the same road.

Our vision

To become a game company from Turkey respected worldwide, placing player trust at the center of every decision.

Team

Small team, big world

Galtem Games is run by a core Istanbul-based team that brings game development, technology and publishing experience to the same table. From engine infrastructure to community management, every area is in the hands of people who do their work through a player's eyes.

We see staying small as a deliberate choice: short decision paths, direct communication, and a culture where everyone touches the whole product. As Triarch Online grows, the team will grow with it.

Our values

What makes us, us

Players first

The first question in every design decision: 'Does this make the player's life better?' If the answer is no, we don't do it.

Open communication

Dev logs, honest roadmaps, and a culture that delivers bad news as clearly as good news.

The long haul

We don't sacrifice worlds for quarterly targets. We build systems meant to last a decade.

Pride of craft

We stand behind every build we ship. 'Good enough' isn't in our vocabulary.
